Webcron is an online cron job and server monitoring service operated by Loogaroo. Contact: support@webcron.org

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Billing data: billing address, VAT number (processed securely by Stripe)
• Usage data: cron job URLs, schedules, execution logs, monitoring targets
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Webcron service
• To send transactional emails (alerts, invoices, account notifications)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To prevent fraud and ensure security
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data retention

Execution logs are retained for 30 days after account deletion. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by French accounting law. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

5. Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Twilio — SMS alert delivery
• SMTP provider — transactional email delivery

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
