1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Webcron, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Webcron provides online cron job scheduling and web server monitoring services on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits are consumed per execution or monitoring check. There is no fixed monthly subscription.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You may not use Webcron to target systems you do not own or have permission to access
• You may not use Webcron for spam, DDoS, or any illegal activity
• One account per user — multiple accounts for the same entity are not permitted

4. Billing & credits

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed on use. Unused credits carry over month to month. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are in euros (€) excluding VAT.

5. Service availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

6. Account suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Limitation of liability

Webcron is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of France.
